Scope of supply & flow process

  1. Feed hopper with sizing grizzly (max. feed 100 mm)
  2. 300 mm feed conveyor with side wall
  3. Jaw crusher with ripped liners (closed side setting −20 mm)
  4. 300 mm transfer conveyor with side wall
  5. Splitter box with 1" (25 mm) water inlet
  6. 2 × hammer mills, each with 16 star-type hammers and outlet screens from 300 µm to 2 mm
  7. Flow-back launder
  8. Vertical screw pump to the gravity concentrator
  9. Centrifugal concentrator recovering free (oxide) gold
  10. Discharge pipe for tailings and sulphides
